In this video I'm going to show you some examples of ways you can use automation in your tracks as well as demonstrate the 4 different automation modes (read, touch, latch, and write) available to us in Logic Pro. Automation is used to make changes or adjustments to different parameters (volume, panning, etc.) over time. It can be used to simply bring up or down the volume of a track during a certain section of your song, or you can combine multiple parameters to change over time to create unique effects.
