How to Use Instrumental Loops | Advanced Features in Padshop 2
In this video, Gary Gibbons looks at how to use instrumental loops and make creative sounds with Padshop 2 as a loop mangler. You can create some really interesting sounds with loops, using the LFO, shape, waveform, rate controls and the matrix to control different parameters. Creating two instrumental loops as sample layers, Gary shows you how to use the key range with two layers to create a basic mangled sound, also highlighting how working with loops that are multi-layered, effects and mod wheel control of various parameters can create unique sonic voices. It’s just one of the features that makes Padshop 2 a remarkably expressive VST instrument.
