Today we are compiling FFmpeg with libx264, libx265, libvpx, and SDL on Windows 10, using MSVC (Microsoft Visual C++) as compiler.
This gives us the possibility to compile ffplay as well.
We compile FFmpeg with all the necessary flags and precautions to make everything work fine.
In the end, we test our result.

I tried to explain the whole process and the meaning of all the flags. Just in case there are questions or doubts, feel free to comment down below!
