All the available exit polls and reports from precinct vote counting for the July 28, 2024 presidential election in Venezuela showed Edmundo Gonzalez Winning by a large margin (ranging from 10-40% depending on precinct). Nonetheless, that same evening, as the regime's military, police, and paramilitary forces started repressing voters, Nicolas Maduro declared himself the winner. Frankly, we knew this would happen.
