This is a simple add-on to help you create a deadline or expiration date and time on a Google Form. You can also use this add-on to close a form after a certain number of submissions or sign-ups.

STEPS:
1. Open your Google Form
2. Click on the More button (top right)
3. Click on "Add-ons"
3. Search for formLimiter
4. Install and authorize formLimiter
5. Select the date and time you want to close your form
6. Save
