RECIPES:
--- 1 --- Kulichi - my favorite recipe!
• Milk - 500 ml
• Eggs - 15 pcs. (2 egg whites take for the icing)
• Yeast (dry) - 22 g or fresh 100 g
• Flour - 2.5 kg (approximately)
• Sugar - 450 g (if you like too sweet cakes, add more sugar)
• Sour cream - 200 g
• Butter - 400 g
• Vanillin - 2 g
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Raisins
For the glaze:
• Protein - 2 pcs.
• Icing sugar - 200 g
• Citric acid - 1/4 tsp.
• Confectionery powder (for decoration)
*** From this amount of dough, 12 cakes were baked (forms 90x90mm) + 9 cakes (forms 60x60)

• Cottage cheese - 450 g
• Eggs - 5 pcs.
• Flour - 450 g
• Baking Powder - 12 g
• Butter - 150 g
• Vanillin - 1.5 g
• Raisins - 100 g
• Sugar - 400 g
• Icing sugar - 100 g
• Citric acid - 1/4 tsp.
• Salt - pinch
• Confectionery dressing
*** From this amount of dough, 4 cakes were baked (my forms are 90x90mm)
--- 3 --- Easter Paskha
• Cottage cheese - 600 g
• Sour cream (25-30%) - 200 g
• Icing sugar - 80-100 g
• Gelatin - 10 g
• Vanillin - 1 pack.
• Raisin (you can add dried apricots, prunes, candied fruits, nuts) - 100 g
