World's Fastest Raid! Crota Speedrun WR (6:24)
Had all these ideas for the longest time and finally had the competition and drive to put them to use. This still has plenty of time to pick up.
Segments
Abyss: 2:52 was the time in this run. 2:48 is the fastest we have done currently but we are still trying to figure out why there is a weird delay to plate activation. We have found a few ways to decrease this delay but not fully yet. I think this can be a low 2:40.
Bridge: 1:31 was the time in this run. That time also is the fastest bridge done. But in this run Doctor Wonker (the guy killing left ogre) got to his ogre late by 2-3s therefore a sub 1:30 is fully possible. In addition, you can blade across from spawn saving a few more seconds.
Deathsinger: In this run our deathsinger was 44s. The fastest is 31s using a strat that isn't viable in full runs. So in a full run you can get down to sub 40s maybe around 37s, but this is mostly connection based and just luck.
Crota: Our crota segment is 44s. The fastest done is 34s, but the fastest possible in a full run would be around 38s. Achieving that segment time is once again not really up to us more so swordbearer spawn and little things like that. This run had bad sword spawn and laggy pick up. I've had this idea for this segment strat for a long time now but just now had a reason to do it.
I don't like going around saying time lock because things are always changing, and new strats are found. But you can do the math for yourself if you want. All I will say is 6:10ish is fully possible and will just come down to some luck.
