Clashes with the police and the detention of people in the center of Moscow: this was how the rally was held for "fair elections to the Moscow City Duma" on July 27, 2019.
Independent candidates were not allowed before the elections for contrived reasons. Muscovites were deprived of the choice, they did not leave a legal way of a democratic way to support their electors. Therefore, thousands of people went out to the streets to achieve fair elections.
