Jim Cramer discusses NVIDIA, NVIDIA stock (NVDA stock), and news of NVIDIA receiving a subpoena from the Department of Justice. This comes after NVIDIA's recent earnings on August 28. NVIDIA reported great numbers that were not great enough to satisfy Wall Street's lofty expectations. Some market participants are concerned because NVIDIA's growth rate slowed this quarter. However, the deceleration in the growth rate comes down to the roughly 3-month delay in Blackwell, NVIDIA's newest platform. NVIDIA expects roughly $3 billion in Blackwell revenue in the first quarter Blackwell ships, Blackwell is delayed by 3 months, therefore NVIDIA would have guided Q3 revenue higher by $3 billion if Blackwell had not been delayed. If this had happened, then the overall trend of NVIDIA's growth rate acceleration would have remained intact. This is important because it means we could see NVIDIA's growth rate reaccelerate at some point in the future once Blackwell is shipping in volume.
