The difference between PNS and PPPK:
PNS is a permanent employee, PPPK is an employee with a work agreement (contract)
The working period of civil servants ends until retirement, while the work period of PPPK ends after the contract period (minimum 1 year)
Civil servants receive pension benefits, PPPK does not receive pension benefits
Maximum age limit for PNS appointment is 35 years, PPK maximum 1 year before retirement
ASN Management:
Civil servants are regulated in PP No. 11 of 2017 concerning Civil Servant Management
PPPK is regulated in PP No. 49 of 2018 concerning KDP Management
