Kerala “The Gods own country” also known as the land of coconuts is unique in many ways when compared to other states of India. The primary reason is its geographical location; situated on the south-western coast of the subcontinent with Arabian Sea to the west and Western Ghats to the east.
The freshest marine food, poultry, meat, vegetables, coconut and a slew of spices are often the main ingredients that lend Kerala cuisine its very own flavour that is natural as well as nourishing.
