• Kefir (or sour milk) - 1 cup
• Sugar - 0.5 cup
• Flour - 2.5 glasses

• Kefir - 500 ml
• Semolina - 1.5 cups
• Flour - 0.5 cup
• Sugar - 1 cup

*Mannik - is a Russian pie made from semolina.
