GOD’S “NO” IS NOT A REJECTION IT’S A REDIRECTION
There are times in life when things don’t work out
as planned, as you expected them to which can
result in disappointment, frustration, confusion
and worry as you try figuring out the reason why
your plan or plans didn’t work.
However, things are not always what they seem
or appear to be. What I mean by this is that just because your plans didn’t work out as planned
does not necessarily mean that it is a bad thing.
You see God always has your best interest at heart and everything God does is always for your good,
for your benefit. That being said, your plans not working may just be God’s way of saying “no” to
your plan which is not in agreement with God’s will
for your life.
Scripture tells us in (Proverbs 16:9) that we can
make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps and just because our plan seems right to us, in our own eyes does not necessarily mean that it is so
(Proverbs 14:12).
Therefore, when things don’t happen as planned, rather than trying to figure out why your plan didn’t work out in the first place, the first person you need
to speak to is God because He already knows the
plans that He has for you, plans to prosper you and
not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future ( Jeremiah 29:11).
God is so good that He will intervene when He sees that your plans are about to wreck your life.
You can be rest assured that God will always go
above and beyond to ensure that He helps you to
get back on track in the direction of God’s calling
on your life.
Now you may not like the approach God takes in
order to get you to where you are supposed to be
and fullfil the purpose and destiny He has for your
life but the important thing for you to always remember that God always has your best interest
at heart and that He is the only one who can get
you to your destination.
Scripture tells us about Jonah, a man of God who thought that he could run away from God’s calling
on his life but God in His goodness, mercy and grace provided a huge fish in order to redirect Jonah in the direction of God’s call on his life (Jonah 1:17).
Yes God will sometimes use extreme measures to
get you back on track in relation to His will for your
life but the important thing is that that He will help
you to get to where you are supposed to be.
You see, God is able to shut doors in your life to
stop you from ruining your life and chasing after things that are not even in agreement with God’s
will for your life.
What seems like rejection to you is in actual fact
God’s redirection.
God’s “no” is not a rejection but a redirection.
God will use what you see as rejection by turning
it into a redirection so that you can fullfil your
destiny.
Everything will work out for your good, in your favor (Romans 8:28).
Trust God in everything which includes His timing which is perfect according to Scripture.
Only He can get you to where you are supposed to
be according to His plan and purpose for your life.
God Bless
