Highlighting MAX Number from Multiple Columns

I need to highlight the highest value from these columns, and you are right I’ll use conditional formatting option in excel, which will be guided by a formula.
Select the range and from conditional formatting select New Rule and last option use a formula to determine which cell to format.
Select the first row with data. Now start typing = MAX opening bracket and the range, remove carefully the $ before the column alphabets close the Bracket. Click format. Select desired format.
