Yes I actually believe Argentina was the most powerful nation militarily in South America at the time, Brazil may have not been too far behind, but still, the Argentine Military use to be superior. Argentina use to be more powerful back then.
Asia is either the Soviet Union or Japan, i don't actually know ngl.
