From Google Spreadsheet Sidebar, send an email to the customer, with a link to schedule appointment with selected employee.
When the customer visits the link, the employee and other details are already filled, and they can select date, and time slot based on employees availability. Once submitted, a new event on Google Calendar with pre-filled details is created.
